Monday, May 18, 2026, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held an Audience and Sharing Session The student organization (ORMAWA) took place in the 3rd Floor Auditorium of the Ar-Rahim Building, FKIK Campus III, from 3:00 PM WIB until finished. This activity provided a forum for open communication between students and faculty leadership to strengthen synergy, improve the quality of academic services, and build a culture of communicative and solution-oriented dialogue within the FKIK environment.

The event was attended by the Dean of FKIK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW, M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K), accompanied by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. dr. Ermin Rachmawati, M.Biomed. and the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation Dr. Begum Fauziyah, S.Si., M.Si. Also present were the heads of study programs, secretaries of study programs, administrators of student organizations such as SEMA, DEMA, HMPSF, HMPPD, and IKDM, as well as students of the Pharmacy, Pharmacist Profession, and Medicine Study Programs.

In her remarks, the Dean of FKIK, Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW, M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K), stated that the progress of FKIK is not only determined by the leadership and lecturers, but also requires the active contribution of the entire academic community, including educational staff and students. She emphasized the importance of maintaining a spirit of togetherness between study programs as one big FKIK family in order to realize a superior and high-achieving faculty.

Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Begum Fauziyah, S.Si., M.Si., expressed her hope that the synergistic relationship between the Pharmacy Study Program and the Medical Education Study Program can continue to be well-established. According to her, harmonious collaboration between students and student organizations is one of the keys to creating a productive, supportive, and conducive academic environment.

Through this audience forum, students were given the opportunity to voice their concerns, input, and complaints regarding academic activities, facilities, student organizations, and various issues they encountered during their studies. All concerns received a direct response from faculty leadership, demonstrating openness, joint evaluation, and FKIK's commitment to improving the quality of services to students.

The discussion proceeded in an orderly, warm, and interactive manner. Students appeared enthusiastic in conveying questions, suggestions, and views directly to the dean. The various solutions and responses provided created an atmosphere of constructive and open dialogue, and it is hoped that this activity will strengthen the communication between students and faculty leadership.

The series of activities concluded with a joint prayer led by Apt. Hajar Sugihantoro, S.Farm., MPH. as a sign of the end of the entire audience agenda and sharing session. Through this activity, it is hoped that a more harmonious relationship and collaborative spirit will be created to support the future progress of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
