Razhes Medical Team (RMT) UIN Malang kicked off its 2026 management term by holding a member bonding activity combined with organizational training. Held at the Bedengan Campground in Selorejo Village, Dau District, Malang Regency, on Saturday (April 4), the event served as a momentum to build member readiness to run the organization for the next term.
Carrying the theme Roots of Purposes, this activity emphasizes the importance of having a strong foundation in organizing. The root philosophy (roots) was chosen as a symbol of commitment, solidarity, and shared goals that form the basis for each RMT member in carrying out their role.

Muhammad Rayhan Zaki (PSPD 24), Chairman of the Medical Education Student Association (HMPPD) of UIN Malang, praised the outdoor bonding event. He believes the open-air atmosphere fosters warmer interactions and strengthens relationships among participants.
“"I would like to thank the committee and all RMT staff for successfully organizing this outdoor member bonding event. We hope this activity can strengthen bonds among members and build solid cooperation," he said.
As an organization specializing in emergency response and community service, RMT not only fosters emotional bonds but also provides knowledge to its members. One of the main sessions of the event was the Introduction to the PTBMMKI Organizational Unit (POU), which presented two key topics.

The first session, which covered an introduction to PTBMMKI, was delivered by Rizki Fadhil (PSPD 23), a member of PTBMMKI Region Four. Meanwhile, the second session, on time management, was delivered by Achmad Khidir Afandi (PSPD 23), a member of PTBMMKI Central. Through these two sessions, participants were encouraged to understand the role of organizations at the national level while also developing time management skills to balance academic and organizational responsibilities.

In addition to the briefing from PTBMMKI, the 2026 RMT Core Management Board (BPI) also provided material on the organization's secretariat and finances. Participants were introduced to the organization's administrative processes, from developing activity proposals to preparing the Budget Plan (RAB), ensuring that all members had a shared understanding of professional organizational governance.
The learning atmosphere is then combined with various group games designed to foster communication, cooperation, and collective problem-solving skills. Through these activities, participants not only gain knowledge but also build mutual trust and solidarity among members.
The Head of RMT UIN Malang, Favian (PSPD 23), stated that bonding is the first step in building a solid organizational character. He believes that closeness among members is a crucial asset in facing various work programs during a single term.
“"This bonding session not only involves delivering material, but also serves as a platform for getting to know each other and building solid relationships for the next period," he said.

Through this activity, RMT UIN Malang hopes that all members will gain organizational knowledge, teamwork skills, and a strong commitment to carrying out their responsibilities. Building on the foundation established since its inception, RMT is optimistic about delivering impactful programs and continuing to make tangible contributions in the areas of health, emergency response, and community service.
