The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held a 2023 work meeting. This agenda was held on January 31 - February 2, 2023, at the Al-Biruni Building Hall, FKIK UIN Malang, 1st Floor and at the Ketapang Indah Hotel, Banyuwangi City. At this work meeting, all levels of faculty leadership were present, namely the Dean, Vice Deans, Heads of Study Programs, Heads of Sections and also from Faculty Units. The agenda on January 31 - February 1, 2023, which took place at FKIK, was the preparation of a work program for 2024 which was in accordance with the strategic targets agreed upon by the leadership.
The event began with remarks by the person in charge of the event, namely Mr. Achmad Nasichudin, MA as Deputy Dean II and Prof. Dr.dr. Yuyun Yueniwati, M.Kes, Sp. Rad (K) as Dean of FKIK. Each unit planned a work meeting which was divided into 4 commissions, the Head of Study Program Commission, Commission I (Academic Affairs), Commission II (General Administration, Planning and Finance), Commission III (Student Affairs and Cooperation). After the work program was prepared, the study program leaders and each unit prepared the TOR along with the RAB to be reviewed jointly by the faculty leadership and to obtain suggestions and input on the work program that will be implemented next year.
“"This event is an annual agenda to prepare work programs, Terms of Reference (TOR) and Budget Details (RAB) for the 2024 period for the 4 study programs and supporting units of the faculty. This program is to...breakdown Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the Chancellor and follow up "The results of the Management Review Meeting (RTM) are presented in the form of work programs. The work meeting will clearly map out work programs for 2024, ensuring they are free from overlap. After this activity, it is hoped that the work programs will run smoothly and align with the vision and mission of the university and faculty," said the Committee Chair, Triasih Esti Nugraheni, SE., MM, Head of the FKIK Administration Division.
After 2 days, the 2024 work program preparation meeting continued at the Ketapang Indah Hotel Ballroom (February 2-3, 2023). This year's work meeting raised the theme "Realizing Synergy and Productivity Through Harmonization of the FKIK UIN Maliki Malang Family". The resource person presented was Aris Singgih Budiarso, M.Pd.,CH,C.Ht.,CPS.,CPHRM.,NLP.Prac. The resource person conveyed that work is a form of worship and a mandate that we must carry out sincerely with the hope of blessings from Allah SWT. The importance of synergy and harmony in every academic community to increase work productivity so that they can work happily. This event was closed with a prayer by the Head of the Pharmacy Study Program, Mr. Apt. Abdul Hakim, M.PI.,M.Farm.
