Batu, January 7, 2026—This graduation ceremony marks the end of a crucial phase in the journey of undergraduate medical and pharmacy students. This is a fundamental phase, which will then be followed by a more concrete phase, namely broader community service. Graduation participants are strongly expected to serve well in their fields and benefit the nation and state.

Earning a bachelor's degree in medicine or pharmacy is not merely an academic symbol; it also represents a significant responsibility for students who will become healthcare professionals. It is said that health science, both medicine and pharmacy, are closely related to humanity, life, and the value of justice, so serving the community requires sincerity.

FKIK UIN Malang not only educates its students intellectually, but also instills character. the head of the family who are knowledgeable, faithful, have noble morals, and make the integration of knowledge and Islamic values a characteristic in every step in the future. “"Continue learning, maintain integrity, uphold professional ethics, and never tire of serving the community."”, Dean of FKIK, Mrs. Yuyun Yueniwati said in her remarks.

The December graduation ceremony was attended by 94 selected students from the medical and pharmacy education study programs. Some of them were selected as the best graduates, where the award was intended as a form of motivation for them. The best graduate title was awarded to three students in each study program, from the Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program (PSSF), namely; Priska Adelia with a GPA of 3.80, Fatiya Nurul Izzah with a GPA of 3.73, and Nazfa Galuh Adista with a GPA of 3.72. Meanwhile, from the Medical Education Study Program (PSPD), namely; Raihan Radliyatul Mardliyyah with a GPA of 3.83, Nur Ainiasholikha with a GPA of 3.76, and Syafiq Maulana with a GPA of 3.74.

The December graduation ceremony marks the beginning of graduates' journey to the next level, both in the workforce and further education, armed with the knowledge and values they have instilled during their studies. With their forged dedication and readiness to serve, graduates are expected to make a tangible contribution to the advancement of the nation and state, in line with FKIK's vision of developing competitive and character-driven human resources.
