Malang, August 23, 2025 – The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang successfully held the 2025 FKIK Press Workshop, which took place in the Auditorium of Rumah Singgah, 3rd Floor, Campus 2 of UIN Malang Postgraduate Program. The event, which carried the theme "Synergy to Actualize: Building the Creative and Analytical Spirit of Young Journalists," ran smoothly and received high enthusiasm from the participants.

This workshop aims to improve students' competencies in the fields of journalism and media, while also being a forum for developing the interests and talents of students who are interested in the world of writing, photography, videography, and publication media design.

Three experienced speakers were present to share their knowledge and experience with the participants. Journalism was delivered by Kholid Amrulloh, S.Hum., while photography and videography sessions were presented by Yusuf Ikrom, M.Farm., and creative design was delivered by Achmad Nur Rofi'sam, S.Sn. Through interactive and applicable presentations, participants gained new insights into techniques for producing informative, engaging, and professional media content.

Throughout the event, participants actively participated in every session, from the presentations to the discussions and Q&A sessions. The practical experiences shared by the speakers inspired participants to continue developing their skills in media and communications.

In addition to gaining new knowledge and experience, participants also have the opportunity to join and contribute to the FKIK journalism and media teams. This is a strategic step in developing a generation of young journalists who are creative, critical, and able to convey information responsibly.

The committee expressed its appreciation to all presenters, participants, and those who supported this event. With the success of the 2025 FKIK Press Workshop, it is hoped that it will produce campus media professionals capable of serving as agents of quality information, documentation, and publication for the FKIK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
