Malang, March 7, 2026 – Rhazes Medical Team (RMT) held a health check-up activity at the Sumberputih IIBS Malang Islamic Boarding School as a form of concern for the health of students and an effort to detect health conditions early.
This health screening aims to conduct an early screening of participants' physical condition to prevent the risk of more serious health problems in the future. Furthermore, it is hoped that this activity will ensure participants' physical readiness to remain optimal for carrying out daily activities productively.
The series of activities began at 5:30 a.m. WIB with departure preparations at the Arrahim Lobby of the Faculty of Medicine, UIN Malang Campus 3. The team then departed for the location at 6:00 a.m. WIB and arrived at the Sumberputih IIBS Islamic Boarding School in Malang around 8:00 a.m. WIB. Health checks were carried out from 8:15 a.m. WIB to 12:30 p.m. WIB before all officers returned to campus.
This activity involves various staff assigned to several health service posts. At the registration post, participants receive a queue number and medical records to record their name and age. They are then directed to the anthropometry post for measurements of weight, height, waist circumference, and Body Mass Index (BMI).

After the anthropometric examination, participants proceed to the General Examination Post, which includes anamnesis, vital signs (VST), and Communication, Information, and Education (KIE). The VST examination includes blood pressure, body temperature, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate. Participants also receive health education based on their individual examination results.
For participants requiring additional care, vitamin injections are provided, handled by co-assistants. The entire examination process is supported by helpers, whose job is to guide participants to ensure the service runs smoothly and according to procedures. Meanwhile, the PDD team is responsible for documenting the entire series of activities for publication and organizational documentation purposes.

This activity involves members Rhazes Medical Team from various classes working together to ensure the event runs smoothly. It is hoped that this health checkup will increase participants' awareness of the importance of maintaining their health and help them create a healthier and more productive Islamic boarding school environment.
