Malang, April 12, 2026 – In an effort to increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining health, the health volunteer team held a “Tensi Tent” activity on Sunday (12/04/2024) in the area Car Free Day (CFD) Omah Campus, Dau, Malang. The event began at 6:00 a.m. WIB and concluded with high enthusiasm from the attendees. This event was held in collaboration with Razhes Medical Team (RMT) UIN Malang and Medical Rescue Team (MRT) Malang Islamic University as a form of cooperation between the Medical Assistance Team for the 4 Malang regions.
This activity provides free health screenings for the public, including blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid, and cholesterol tests. The examinations are conducted by students from the medical assistance teams (TBM) from both universities in a friendly and professional manner. Furthermore, this activity demonstrates one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service.

Since morning, the public has been enthusiastic about utilizing the health services. Many CFD visitors have come to check their health as an early detection measure for various common illnesses.
In addition to health checks, this activity also serves as a means of educating the public about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, conducting regular health checks, and increasing awareness of early disease prevention.
With this "Tensi Tent" initiative, it is hoped that the public will become more aware of their health and adopt a healthy lifestyle in their daily lives. It is also hoped that social health initiatives like this can continue to be implemented sustainably to provide broader benefits to the community.
