Batu, Thursday, November 23, 2023. The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang officially opened the event International Students Health-Related Inbound Program (ISHIP) 2023. This event aims to promote basic knowledge about Emergency Medicine and introduce education and culture in Indonesia to selected international delegates.
Taking place at Campus 3 UIN Malang, the ISHIP event was officially opened by the Dean of FKIK UIN Malang, Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW., M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K) virtually and attended by various officials, including Deputy Dean III dr. Alvi Milliana, M.Biomed, Head of AAKK Bureau Dr. H. Barnoto, M.Pd.I., Head of PSPD Study Program dr. Tias Pramesti Griana, M.Biomed, as well as delegates from various countries.
In his remarks, Deputy Dean III Dr. Alvi Milliana welcomed all invited guests and explained that this event would provide knowledge. Emergency Medicine through lectures and simulations so that participants can practice it.
Meanwhile, Dr. H. Barnoto hopes this program will broaden perspectives and introduce Indonesian education and culture. It also provides an opportunity for international students to learn how to handle emergency situations through simulations.
After the welcoming remarks, the event continued with the symbolic pinning of participant badges to the selected delegates.
