DEMA FKIK UIN Malang Holds Coordination Meeting with Deputy Dean III to Strengthen Student Organization Synergy

Rock – The Student Executive Council (DEMA) of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang successfully held a coordination meeting across Student Organizations (Ormawa) on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM. This strategic meeting, held at Luffy Dream, served as a crucial momentum for strengthening the organizational structure and synchronizing budgets within the faculty.

Program and Budget Synchronization

The meeting, coordinated directly by the FKIK Student Executive Board (DEMA) under the leadership of Dimas Nurilhuda, featured a presentation of work program progress and strategic plans for the coming month. The main focus of the meeting was to synchronize each student organization's activities to avoid overlapping schedules and budget allocations.

Present at the event was the Vice Dean III for Student Affairs and Cooperation at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Malang, who provided direct guidance to the organization heads. The presence of the dean emphasized the bureaucracy's support for the dynamic student creativity and ensured that each work program aligns with the faculty's overall vision.

Full Presence of Student Organization Leaders

According to the invitation letter numbered Un.03.077.SU.15/DEMA-FKIK/X.04.2026, this event was attended by the highest leadership of student organizations at FKIK. The invitation list included legislative and executive elements, as well as specialized units under the faculty, including:

  • Chairman of SEMA-FKIK And Chairman of DEMA-FKIK as the main pillar of student government.
  • Heads of departments and special divisions such as FDI Al-FathSENIORAMSACalvariaRMTPIONALA, And APT.
  • Leadership of the Study Program Student Association, including HMPPD And HMPSF Black Seed, as well as representatives from IKDM.

The presentation of work program progress was conducted in turn before the Vice Dean III. Each student organization head presented their achievements over the past month and proposed their activity plans for the following month. This process allowed for direct input from the dean's office as well as collaborative suggestions from other student organizations.

The synergy established between the Student Representative Council (DEMA), Student Representative Council (SEMA), Special Departments, Student Associations, and the Dean's Office is expected to lead the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang to become a faculty that excels not only academically but also dynamic and organized in non-academic activities.
