Ethics in Offline Learning

In creating scientific work, students should:
- Using the right to academic freedom responsibly to study science, research, community service;
- Always use the Qur'an and Hadith as a basis and source of inspiration in creating and developing scientific works;
- Always try to follow and update developments in scientific and technological knowledge as a pillar of writing scientific papers;
- Provide intensive guidance for completing final assignments/thesis;
- Always uphold scientific truth and honesty and avoid actions that violate scientific community norms such as plagiarism, data falsification, signature forgery and so on, in producing scientific work;
- Respect and value samples or research objects in accordance with the principles of professional ethics, namely being responsible (autonomy), not harmful (nonmaleficiency), beneficial (beneficence), and fair (justice);
- Submit assignments/reports on time;
- Trying to disseminate/spread the results of scientific work so that they are useful for the general public as a form of responsibility of a Khalifatul fil ardhi;
- Do not give or promise money or other facilities to educational staff or other parties with the aim of influencing the process.

In organizing, every student should:
- Having good intentions to use associations or organizations to provide the greatest possible benefits to all people;
- Always try to uphold honesty in thinking, attitude and behavior;
- Oriented to be a trustworthy individual (worthy of trust) in organizations;
- Always try to motivate yourself to continue learning to improve your competence;
- Always try to involve yourself and participate in every organizational activity that aims to uphold the truth, perfect goodness and create beauty;
- Try to speed up difficult matters and keep working hard on other matters;
- Try with all your heart and energy to maintain the dignity and authority of the organization;
- Strive to comply with all operational standards, work procedures and governance that have been mutually agreed upon;
- Always prioritize good intentions and deliberation and consensus and uphold the supremacy of justice in resolving any problems that have occurred;
- Always prioritize vigilance and the worst possible outcome in anticipating problems that are expected to occur, but always hope that what happens is the best possible outcome;

In carrying out socio-religious activities, students should:
- Oriented towards enlightenment and increasing self-awareness and awareness of society in having good morals and believing in monotheism;
- Respecting every difference encountered by remembering the principle "those who are not brothers in faith are brothers in humanity";
- Providing competent services with full empathy, politeness and friendliness as an implementation of the essence of muamalah worship;

- Always try not to cause pollution or contamination from every activity carried out;

In social life, students should:
- Always maintain awareness that every individual is part of society and together creates a safe and orderly environment;
- Always try to develop an attitude of tolerance and mutual cooperation in society;
- Always maintain polite communication and maintain good relations with the community to create harmony;
- Always strive to be a role model for the community in terms of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS);
- Respecting every difference encountered by remembering the principle "those who are not brothers in faith are brothers in humanity";
- Always synergize with the community to protect each other's lives, dignity and property.
