Malang, March 20, 2025 – The excitement of the holy month of Ramadan was even more palpable at Campus 3 UIN Malang with the holding of the 2025 FKIK Ramadan Festivities event. This religiously imbued event presented various Islamic competitions participated by children from TPQ around campus. The adhan (call to prayer), quiz, and memorization competitions of Juz 30 became an opportunity for participants to demonstrate their abilities in religious knowledge. Not only a competition, this activity also served as a moment to share happiness by donating to orphans as a form of social care.
The melodious call to prayer from the contestants echoed throughout the FKIK campus. Each participant demonstrated their best ability, reciting the call to prayer with complete reverence. After rigorous judging, Achmad Fawwaz al Ayyubi from TPQ Baitul Mubarok managed to win first place, followed by Ananda Farid from TPQ Al-Kareem in second place, and Krishna from TPQ Al-Muslimin in third place.

Meanwhile, the Islamic quiz competition was held with great enthusiasm and strategy. The participating teams had to answer questions about Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), Islamic history, and the fundamentals of faith. TPQ Nailul Falah, represented by Ahmad Basaudan, Qeys, and Velisha succeeded in becoming the first winner after going through tough competition. TPQ Baitul Mubarrak 1 with Alawy, Khayyirah, and Adia team won second place, while TPQ Baiturrohman was represented by Azzahra, Ananda, and Siti Rizki is in third place.
Another equally interesting competition is memorizing Juz 30, which is divided into two age categories. For the kindergarten to second-grade elementary school category, Muhammad Arsyad Zaidan Syarif from TPQ Nailul Falah managed to win first place, followed by Alya Azahra Almaghfira from the same TPQ in second place, and Ahmad Husnul Ibad also from TPQ Nailul Falah in third place.
In the category of Kindergarten – Elementary School grade 3 and above, Aurel Putri from TPQ Al-Muslimin came out as the first winner, followed by Ahmad Basaudan from TPQ Nailul Falah in second place, as well Qesy Malka Abyan from TPQ Nailul Falah in third place.

Mr. Saiful, S. Ag., as the Chief Executive, expressed his pride in the participants' enthusiasm. "We are deeply moved by the children's enthusiasm for this competition. They are not only competing, but also learning and deepening their love for religious knowledge. Hopefully, this event will motivate them to continue deepening their Islamic knowledge and applying it to their daily lives," he said.
As the highlight of the event, apart from awarding prizes to the winners, the committee also held a charity for orphans around campus. This activity demonstrates FKIK's commitment to the surrounding community and strengthens humanitarian values during the holy month. The event concluded with a recitation by Prof. Dr. H. Nur Asnawi, M.
