For the umpteenth time, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held a charity event and joint prayer (Monday, November 29, 2021). The event was part of an effort to re-accredit the Medical Education Study Program (PSPD) and the Medical Profession Study Program, hoping to achieve a superior accreditation rating. The event was held in a... hybrid took place at the Ibnu Sina Mosque, Campus 3, FKIK, and was attended by faculty leaders, study program leaders, the accreditation team, representatives of the Student Parents Association (IOM), and lecturers and students via the Zoom meeting application.

The event featured a religious sermon delivered by Ustad Ach. Nashichuddin, MA. He urged the orphans to ensure the best possible grades for the FKIK's current goal, the reaccreditation of the medical education program and the medical profession.

“"One of the prayers that is answered by Allah SWT is the prayer of the younger siblings who are present in this assembly, especially since they are still young and have not yet committed many major sins, especially sins of immorality," he said.

The charity event was given to residents around campus 3, namely residents of Precet Hamlet and residents of Gangsiran Hamlet with a total of 25 orphans and 10 poor people from 33 donors who were symbolically given by the dean of FKIK Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW, M.Kes, Sp.Rad (K). In addition to the charity event, the committee also invited the al-Banjari shalawat group from the pharmacy education study program who added to the solemnity of the event with the chanting of sholawat.
