Located in the 1st Floor Hall of the Ibnu Thufail Building, Campus 3, FKIK UIN Malang, the Faculty again held its annual activity, namely the 2023 Management Review Meeting (RTM) on Thursday, December 14, 2023. This activity is a continuation of the previous agenda on November 22-24, 2023, namely the Follow-up Reporting of Findings based on the 2022 Management Review Meeting (RTM) and the Audit of FKIK UIN Malang Performance Achievements throughout 2023 with the output of this RTM activity being the 2023 RTM Report. This agenda is a series of activities for implementing the quality assurance cycle at FKIK organized by the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) of FKIK UIN Malang.

Participants in this activity were the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS), represented by the Dean of FKIK, and the Study Program (PS), represented by the Heads of Study Programs and Secretaries. In addition to UPM, representatives from units under FKIK UIN Malang were also present. The discussion was based on the results of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI), performance achievements based on the faculty's strategic plan, and follow-up to the 2022 RTM. This discussion focused on the draft risk analysis during the RTM, which would then be discussed in a plenary session. The RTM was opened with remarks from the Dean of FKIK UIN Malang, Prof. Dr. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW, M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K). This quality assurance cycle is crucial and absolutely essential to ensure and improve the quality of the Tridharma of Higher Education.

The RTM activities are divided into several commissions, namely Commission 1 Management Review for Quality Assurance and Governance and Research and Community Service, Commission 2 Management Review for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Commission 3 Management Review for Human Resources and Finance, Facilities and Infrastructure, and Commission 4 Management Review for Education. Each commission will discuss the draft which will then be held in a plenary meeting regarding follow-up and completion targets. After this activity is completed, the event ends with the signing of the RTM report by the leadership and closing.
