PBAK (Introduction to Academic and Student Culture) Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang 2017

Introduction to Academic and Student Culture (PBAK) 2017 Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang was held on August 15-17, 2017, in the Hall of Rumah Singgah, 4th floor, Campus II UIN Malang. PBAK 2017 was designed with the concept of producing health workers who are Ulul Albab and have the spirit of Pancasila to strengthen the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

Previously, the 2017 Introduction to Academic and Student Culture (PBAK) event was held for 2 days at the University, and the activity was opened directly by the Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Haris M.Ag, with the theme of the Personality of Ulul Albab as a Pillar of the Existence and Progress of the Republic of Indonesia. The leadership and 3,433 new students attended the opening ceremony. And at the 2017 Faculty PBAK of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang was opened directly by the Dean Prof. Dr.dr. Bambang Pardjianto, SpB. SpBP-RE(K).

In his speech, Prof. Bambang conveyed the advantages of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, compared to other public campuses, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences is a leading Medical and Health Education Institution to produce graduates who have spiritual depth, great morals, breadth of knowledge and professional maturity, and become a center for the development of science and technology that is characterized by Islam and becomes a driver of community progress. He also conveyed a welcome to future leaders and health workers at the Green Campus of UIN Malang. After the opening of the event, it was continued with remarks from the Faculty leaders including the Deputy Dean 1 for Academic Affairs Dr.dr.Achdiat Agoes, Sp. S, he said that students in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences must balance the fields of science they study with religious knowledge, in addition to that students are expected to actively participate in community development through community service activities in the fields of medicine and health based on Islamic values and the nation's noble culture.

Next, the Deputy Dean 2 for AUPK, Ach. Nashichuddin, MA introduced the facilities at FKIK, one of which is the new building that is ready to be occupied by Medical Education Students, and the Ma'had curriculum at FKIK. And the last is the Deputy Dean 3 for Student Affairs and Cooperation Dr. Imam Sujarwo, M.Pd, he really appreciates the new FKIK students because most of the FKIK freshmen are champions at the National level and some have Tahfizd Al-Qurán. He also conveyed the concept of Education and the pattern of development of student activities at FKIK UIN Malang.
