This year's LKMMF and MTE event collaboration carries the theme "“Prepare Dedicated Human Resources To Develop Superior Skills And Leadership”. According to the chief executive, Arya Syahrul Ramadhan (Department of Human Resources Development, DEMA FKIK UIN Malang), said that LKMMF X MTE 2023 is ready to be a place for the young generation to realize the golden generation of Indonesia 2045 because in this event it is hoped that participants will learn many things about management, cooperation, soft skills and learn from speakers who are experts in their fields.

The Faculty Student Managerial Skills Training (LKMMF) is an annual event held by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Malang, for its students. The goal is to equip them with the skills to organize (manage) student activities with sound planning and systematics. Furthermore, Meet the Expert (MTE) is a webinar aimed at training and preparing the professional maturity of FKIK UIN Malang students in the future workplace.

The opening of LKMMF X MTE 2023 was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Alvi Milliana, M.Biomed. The opening was symbolically marked by the beating of the gong by Dr. Alvi Milliana, M.Biomed, accompanied by Arya Syahrul Ramadhan as the chief executive and Razzaq Widagdo as the chairman of DEMA FKIK, and followed by thunderous enthusiastic applause from all participants. "Don't forget the knowledge you have gained today. The speakers at this event were exceptional, with a wide range of experiences and skills gained through their organizational roles. The first training session, focused on co-organizational material, was delivered by Zidni Ilmansyah, the VII Regional Coordinator of the Indonesian Student Executive Board (Fornassosmas) for the 2022/2023 period. Zidni discussed the following topics: goals, how to manage time management, communication techniques, and how to manage conflict management in an organization.

Second training related to material grand design delivered by Mr. Yossi Indra Kusuma, S.Ked., M.Med.Ed as secretary of the Medical Education study program and head of the student and alumni unit, he said that in managing an event, research is needed first, then creating an event design and developing planning based on the event design.

The last speaker presented was Dr. dr. Muhammad S. Niam, FINACS, M.Kes, Sp.B-KBD who delivered training material with the theme Building a successful career through healthy Islamic leadership. He reminded students to achieve a successful career always involve Allah in the process and be grateful. "To arouse the enthusiasm of students, especially new students, I think it is necessary to provide an overview and experiences that will motivate them to achieve something in college later, I think this event is very good, and my message is to carry out your duties as a student well, balance your academics and organizations" Message from Dr. dr. At the end of the event, there was a familiarization session for the Inauguration Night which included an arts performance from the LSO SENIOR FKIK UIN Malang, casual sharing between seniors and new students, as well as talent performances from each group aimed at strengthening ties between students.

Muhammad Rahid Ali Muqoddas, a Medical Education student, gave his response that the LKMMF X MTE 2023 event was considered a success because there were many useful things that could be practiced in the future. "I feel happy because I can increase my knowledge, how we know the basics of organizations, and learn to organize step by step "We hope that in the future, the LKMMF event will continue to be successful and useful as a forum for students to seek knowledge for the future," he said.
