Located in the 1st Floor Hall of the Ibnu Thufail Building, Campus 3, FKIK UIN Malang, the Faculty held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) for 2022 on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. This activity was attended by heads of study programs and faculties, heads of faculty functional units, and a number of lecturers and educational staff within the FKIK environment. Prior to the RTM activity, a performance evaluation meeting was held first on December 8-9, 2022. Discussions were sourced from the results of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI), performance achievements based on the faculty's strategic plan, and follow-up to the 2021 RTM so that during the RTM activity, each commission could discuss the draft risk analysis and then it would be met in a plenary session.
The activity began at 9:00 a.m. WIB and lasted until 5:30 p.m. Participants were enthusiastic, recognizing the importance of RTM in the PPEPP cycle.
The RTM was led by the Deputy Dean for Academic and Institutional Affairs of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Malang, Prof. Dr. apt. Roihatul Mutiah, SF, M.Kes. She stated that the PPEPP cycle is a quality culture that must become a habit within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The RTM activities are divided into several commissions, namely Commission 1 Quality Assurance, Governance and Cooperation, Commission 2 Student Input and Student Activity Services, Commission 3 Human Resource Management and Development, Commission 4 Finance and Infrastructure, Commission 5 Education, Commission 6 Research and Commission 7 Community Service. Each commission will discuss the draft risk analysis which will then be held in a plenary meeting regarding follow-up resolution, targets and risks.
