ROCK – The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) officially initiated a major step in digital transformation through the Digital Services Coordination Meeting held on Monday, April 20, 2026. – Laboratory Digitalization: Submitting research permits through a digital system
– Research Management and PKM: An integrated system for lecturers and students
– Satisfaction Survey: Automatic collection of user feedback for service evaluation
Formation of a Special Team (Task Force)
As a serious commitment, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) has formed a Service Digitalization Task Force led by Saiful Hikmah, S.Ag., M.Ag. The team's structure is comprehensive, involving various experts in various fields, from planning and system development to data security, to monitoring and evaluation.
In addition to technical development, the meeting also highlighted the importance of updating content on the faculty website, aiming for "one story a day." This requires closer coordination between study programs and the Public Relations team to ensure timely and accurate coverage of every important event.

With the formation of this team, FKIK targets that all academic, student, and general services will soon be fully digitalized, providing easy access for the entire academic community without being limited by space and time.
