The Student Association of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of UIN Malang held a joint prayer for lecturers and students facing disaster.

Rock – The Student Executive Council of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (DEMA FKIK) of the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang has taken concrete steps to demonstrate its social concern. On Sunday evening (April 26, 2026), the student organization successfully held an event. Joint Prayer online as a form of moral support for the extended faculty family who are experiencing disaster.

The activity starts at 19.00 WIB via the platform Zoom Meeting This is specifically intended to ask for healing, strength and ease for two members of the FKIK extended family who are experiencing a disaster.

 

 

Knocking on Heaven's Door

This joint prayer event is focused on:

  1. apt. Ach Syahrir, M. Farm. (Lecturer of Pharmacy Study Program)
  2. Ibra Setiawan (PSPD Students Class of 2024)

The event was attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, administrative staff, and hundreds of students from various study programs under the auspices of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of UIN Malang. A solemn atmosphere prevailed throughout the event, with all participants immersed in the chanting of dhikr (remembrance of God) and prayers.

 

Forms of Spiritual Support

In their statement, the committee said that the best support that can be given at this time, besides material or medical assistance, is the power of prayer.

“"Let us together ask Allah SWT to grant strength, patience, and ease to those facing hardship. Prayer is truly the best form of support we can offer," read the message accompanying the invitation.

Through this event, it is hoped that conditions apt. Ach Syahrir, M. Farm. And Ibra Setiawan We hope to improve quickly and provide the best solutions to the challenges we face. We hope this spirit of togetherness will continue to be maintained as the primary foundation for building a humanistic and religious campus environment.
