University Student Affairs — The spirit of developing clinical and professional insight continues to flow within the health student community of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. AMSA-Uinma held Medical Study, Research, and Career Prospects (MSRCP) 2026 with the theme CELESTIA as a real manifestation of AMSA's basic philosophy, namely Knowledge, on Friday, May 1, 2026 via the platform Zoom Meeting. A total of 82 participants attended this online forum, consisting of AMSA members and the general public, who enthusiastically followed the event from start to finish.

Embracing the spirit of building adaptive perspectives and future strategies, this activity is designed to address the real needs of students planning their path to specialist medical or pharmacist practice. MSRCP 2026 CELESTIA is not just a scientific forum, but a space for reflection that connects academic insights with the realities of the healthcare profession.

The webinar was divided into two main, complementary sessions. The first session featured Dr. Bisma Dewanto, Sp.N., a neurologist and lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Malang. He presented on the journey and strategies for pursuing specialist education, a topic often raised by medical students deciding on their post-general practice careers.

The second session was continued by Dr. Apt. Burhan Ma'arif, S.Farm., M.Farm., an internal lecturer from the Department of Pharmacy, UIN Malang, who brought a perspective on Clinical Practice as a stepping stone towards Entrepreneurial Innovation. This material encourages participants to view the role of pharmacists not only in the context of clinical services, but also as agents of innovation capable of creating a broader impact in the health and pharmaceutical sectors.

The chief executive of MSRCP 2026 CELESTIA, Muhammad Nafi' Bahtiar, emphasized that this program is part of the division's commitment. Research and Academic (RnA) AMSA-Uinma in encouraging sustainable capacity development of members.

AMSA-Uinma Representative, Ardell Rafi Priyambodo, also expressed his views on the urgency and high hopes carried by this work program.

It aims to facilitate the development of insight and future planning for AMSA members and the general public, particularly in the fields of Specialist Medicine and Clinical Practice Pharmacists in innovation. Through this work program, we hope that each participant can gain a more comprehensive understanding and be able to develop their career plans in a more focused and strategic manner."” he said.

The theme CELESTIA was chosen as a reflection of high ideals and focused steps, a metaphor for AMSA's spirit in encouraging its members to not only understand knowledge, but also be able to apply it meaningfully in their professional lives and community service.

This initiative also reinforces AMSA-Uinma's position as a substance-oriented health student organization. By making Knowledge As a foundation for movement, AMSA-Uinma encourages its members to continue to grow and not stop at organizational routines, but actively build their own capacity to face the increasingly complex challenges of the medical world.

Going forward, the results of the 2026 CELESTIA MSRCP are expected to serve not only as a temporary experience but also as a starting point for participants to develop a more structured and strategic career roadmap. Within the framework of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, strengthening student capacity through programs like this is crucial in developing healthcare graduates who are not only clinically competent but also visionary and adaptable to changing times.
