Internal Quality Audit (2): Review of Educational Quality at FKIK
As part of a series of Internal Quality Audits conducted by the Faculty of Medicine and Medicine, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, an audit of the quality of education and teaching was conducted in both the Medical Education Study Program on Thursday (October 22, 2020) and the Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program on Friday (October 23, 2020). Unlike the AMI activities in the field of research and community service, this audit was conducted online and attended by the dean's office, lecturers, and other staff. lead auditor Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang.
In her remarks, Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW, M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K) emphasized the importance of mastering the 9 criteria instrument because there are several components that are not included in the 7 standard instrument. "Through AMI activities, we can prepare anything that we don't have yet to be completed immediately in order to achieve accreditation results with good scores," said Prof. Yuyun.
Acting as auditors are quality assurance experts owned by UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Among them are Abdul Aziz, M.Si who serves as Head of the Audit and Quality Control Center of LPM UIN Malang, Drs. M. Yunus, M.Si Head of the Quality Standards Development Center of LPM UIN Malang, and Rosihan Aslihuddin, S.Sos., MAB as an expert staff of LPM UIN Malang. By conducting a direct audit in collaboration with LPM UIN Malang, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is increasingly confident and optimistic in facing the upcoming recredentialing process.
