Saturday, September 23, 2023, the Student Executive Council (DEMA) of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang (FKIK UINMA) held meet up, a discussion forum with the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Medicine, Airlangga University. The meeting was scheduled to... sharing between the two organizations entitled Discussion and Affiliate (DNA) (METASTASIS) which is aimed at building relationships with external campus organizations as well as light sharing and mutual learning about the processes and developments of each organization so that they run better.

The arrival of the DEMA FKIK UINMA students was welcomed directly by Muhammad Zulfikar Defianto, the chairman of the BEM FK Universitas Airlangga. The event took place warmly and enthusiastically from both organizations. Razzaq Widagdo as the chairman of DEMA FKIK UINMA in his remarks expressed his hope that the DEMA FKIK UINMA students' visit to Universitas Airlangga would provide knowledge and mutually supportive relationships in the organization going forward. The same thing was also conveyed by Muhammad Zulfikar Defianto in his remarks by the chairman of BEM FK UNAIR.

“"Airlangga Faculty of Medicine is 110 years old in 2023, hopefully with the many organizational experiences that have been passed and learned, it can provide useful knowledge to the younger siblings of DEMA FKIK UINMA, and strengthen our relationships with each other," said Dr. Hanifa Erlin Dharmayanti, Sp.OG as a special staff of the dean who gave a speech at the event. After a brief profile presentation of two different universities under the auspices of different ministries, it was continued with an FGD session between departments in the two organizations, where in this FGD the students looked very enthusiastic asking each other questions about the work programs of each Department.

The final session of the event was a campus tour, where FKIK UINMA students were taken on a tour of the faculty's historic rooms. The event was led by Airlangga University's Faculty of Medicine Ambassadors. Hopefully, this event will foster greater collaboration between student organizations.
