Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held another Interprofessional Education (IPE) Program Preparation Workshop on Monday, August 14, 2023. The event took place in the multipurpose hall on the first floor of the Ibnu Thufail Building, Campus 3, UIN Malang. The event, spearheaded by the Medical and Health Professional Education Unit in collaboration with the Hajj Health Unit, was attended by the Health Office, Heads of Community Health Centers, and Hajj Pilgrim (CJH) Managers in Batu City.

IPE itself is an educational system recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for implementation in various health universities worldwide. State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang This involves two study programs under the auspices of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK): the Pharmacy Study Program and the Medical Education Study Program. State Islamic University of Malang has its own special characteristics where the IPE implemented is based on Hajj health.

The material presented covered the role of DPL (Field Supervisor), Supervisor, Community Health Center Assistance, and IPE Assessment. It also covered the CJH Guidance Program for the Waiting and Departure Period in Batu City, family diagnosis, prioritizing health problems, program selection, media, and PJBL products. This program is expected to help CJH achieve their desired health status. istitha'ah (able) in particular istitha'ah in health aspects.
