FKIK Holds 2021 Management Review Meeting

Monday (11/01/2021), FKIK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held the 2021 Management Review Meeting (RTM). Held in the Main Hall on the 1st floor of the Ibnu Thufail Building, Campus III, the RTM activity was attended by a number of related stakeholders, ranging from representatives of lecturers and educational staff, to the ranks of heads of functional units of the faculty as well as heads of study programs and faculties at FKIK UIN Malang.

This year's RTM was preceded by a meeting to discuss the draft risk analysis (October 27, 2021) which was sourced from the results of the internal quality audit (AMI), feedback survey, strategic plan evaluation, and self-evaluation in the accreditation form. The draft that had been prepared was then held in a plenary meeting starting from 09:00 WIB in the morning until the afternoon, namely 17:00 WIB on Monday (01/11/2021). The RTM plenary meeting was led directly by the Dean of the FKIK UIN Malang, Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW, M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K). In her remarks, Prof. Yuyun explained the importance of RTM in implementing the PEPP cycle. "RTM in FKIK is mandatory, considering that the new faculty really needs to improve its quality both internally and externally," continued Prof. Yuyun. According to the Deputy Dean 1 for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr.apt. Roihatul Muti'ah, M.Kes., RTM aims to evaluate the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI) and additional performance indicators (IKT) and conduct a review of the PEPP cycle which ultimately leads to quality improvement at FKIK UIN Malang. "We hope that with the implementation of this RTM, the quality assurance cycle can be carried out well and most importantly, there are efforts to improve and enhance so that the quality system can run much better," concluded Prof. Iha.

This year's RTM addressed several pressing issues, such as the proposal for an ISO-certified integrated laboratory, optimizing online administrative services, enhancing the role of alumni in faculty activities, and developing human resources and learning systems at FKIK. Following the plenary session, the event concluded with the signing of the RTM Report by the leadership.
