Batu, November 25, 2023 is a continuation of Day 3 of International Student Health Related Inbound Program (ISHIP). The event began with the opening International Symposium in Health and Medicine (SHIAM) 2023 with the theme "Update in Evidence-Based Emergency Medicine" which was attended by all ISHIP International delegates and was open to the public.
The implementation of SHIAM 2023 was carried out online and offline at the Auditorium of Rumah Singgah Campus 3 UIN Malang, starting at 08.00 WIB. There were 4 main materials presented at the SHIAM activity. The first material was presented by Professor Matthew HueiMing Ma, MD, Ph.D. (Chain of Survival in Taipei: A 20-year Odyssey), the second material was presented by Dr. Aurick Yudha Nagara, Sp.EM, KPEC. (Cardiogenic Shock Management: Basic Life Support in Daily Practice), the third material was presented by Dr. dr. Ermin Rachmawati, M.Biomed. (Understanding Molecular Atherosclerosis, Cardiac Response and Adaptation in an Emergency Case: Coronary Heart Disease) and the last material was presented by Associate Professor Dr. Ezamin Bin Abdul Rahim. (The Role of AI in Managing Emergency: Potential Benefits, Risk, and Recommendation).

Apart from getting material from the symposium, the international delegation also had the opportunity to participate in a live simulation regarding “Life Basic Support” in the room Clinical Skill Campus 2 of UIN Malang and campus tour Ibnu Tufail Building, Medical Education Study Program.

FKIK also held farewell party who collaborates with Correlation Pharmacy as the highlight of ISHIP. The event was attended by apt. Abdul Hakim, MPI., M.Farm. as Head of Pharmacy Study Program, apt. Hajar Sugihantoro, MPH. as Secretary of Pharmacy Study Program, dr. Putri Wulan Akbar, M.Ked.Trop as Secretary of Medical Profession Study Program, dr. Tias Pramesti Griyana, M.Biomed as Head of Medical Education Study Program UIN Malang, Yossi Indra Kusuma, S.Ked., M.Med.Ed as Secretary of Medical Education Study Program as well as supervisor of ISHIP activities, representatives of lecturers and educational staff of the FKIK UINMA academic community and all international delegates wearing Traditional Clothes from their respective countries.
Farewell started at 6:00 PM WIB, which began with a mask dance performance performed by PSPD UIN Malang students and continued with remarks from the Head of the Medical Education Study Program, "From this ISHIP 2023 event, I hope all participants gain extensive knowledge about emergency assistance, the health care system, and building meaningful relationships with fellow participants. We hope that in the future we can expand our community with other countries," he said. After that, a symbolic activity was held to hand over souvenirs to all international delegation participants and give awards to the best participants and the best costumes.

I am very proud and thankful to the committee members and LOs especially who played tremendous role in the success of this event. They provide us every service in our ups and downs. I will be happy in the future to be part of such a beautiful and fruitful event which enhances my knowledge and provides me opportunities to groom better especially in my medical field. In the future I want to come again InshAllah”". Said Moh Ali as the best participant from Pakistan.
