Contacted online, Dhiaz explained that his motivation for participating in the Malang Branch of the Perki Ambassador program was to share the benefits with others, given the significant increase in the prevalence of heart disease in Indonesia. Usrin Amirawati, familiarly known as Usrin, admitted that the most appealing thing about being a Perki Ambassador is that the activities she undertakes are related to her competencies as a medical student, particularly her knowledge of cardiovascular health. To illustrate the preparation required to become a Perki Ambassador for the Malang Branch, Dhiaz and Ira briefly described the steps they took to become selected. The selection process involved submitting CVs and personal data, as well as creating educational videos and posters for the first stage. The semifinals and finals featured presentations on health promotion, interviews, and a Q&A session, before Dhiaz and Ira were finally selected as Perki Ambassadors for the Malang Branch.

Dhiaz admitted that the opportunity to serve as an Ambassador for the Malang Branch of Perki for one year was a very valuable experience, as he was able to collaborate with highly experienced specialist doctors in Malang. Ira explained that during her tenure as DPCM over the past year, her impressions were: learning, helpful, and fun. She also explained that the benefits she gained during her time at the Malang branch of Perki significantly supported her medical studies.
