Last Saturday (10/09) the Health-based Interprofessional Education (HIPE) Hajj Briefing Procession took place for students of the Undergraduate Pharmacy and Medical Education Study Programs of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Every year, FKIK State Islamic University of Malang, through the Medical and Health Professional Education Unit in collaboration with the Hajj Health Unit, regularly designs HIPE by involving pharmacy and medical students to directly engage in community activities, especially with prospective Hajj pilgrims.
IPE is an educational system recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for implementation in various health universities worldwide. Students will be mentored by lecturers from various professions.
