The enthusiasm of the participants was evident in the registration figure, which reached over 400 participants.
After the event was opened by Dr. Abdul Malik S., M.Infect.Dis. as MC and moderator, Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW, M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K), Dean of FKIK UIN Maliki Malang, continued by giving a brief explanation about FKIK. The doctor and educator who was also active in various activities such as OSIS, Paskibra, Student Senate, Kakang-Mbakyu Malang, to mawapres (outstanding students), advised high school students not to be afraid to work and remain active even though they will have the status of medical students. "“Learning is fun, "Learning is not always just reading books, but developing oneself by honing interests and talents is also part of the learning process," said the Dean of FKIK UIN Malang.
Talk show with the vice deans discussing academics, admissions, finances, scholarships, infrastructure, and FKIK student activities and achievements. Participants could submit questions via the chat box on the virtual application and were responded to directly by the vice deans. In addition, participants were able to see the buildings and facilities at the faculty directly through live coverage from the committee. Atina (a first-year alumna of the pharmacy study program) and Syanindita (a medical student) also provided testimonials about their learning experiences as well as messages and impressions for the participants. Further explanations about the medical and pharmacy study programs were then presented by the heads of their respective study programs. Finally, the event closed lively with an interactive quiz with prizes that was enthusiastically received by the entire audience.
