The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of UIN (FKIK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang conducted a comparative study visit to the Faculty of Medicine (FK) Udayana Bali on Friday, July 28, 2023. A total of 16 participants led by the Dean Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati, M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K) came to Bali to learn good practices on academic service governance, academic administration, general, planning and finance, and student activity services.
In accordance with the objectives of the comparative study, the Dean invited Prof. Dr. Apt. Roihatul Mutiah, SF., M.Kes. as Vice Dean 1 for Academic and Institutional Affairs, Mr. Achmad Nasichuddin, MA. as Vice Dean 2 for AUPK, Mrs. Triasih Esti Nugraheni, SE., MM. as Head of Administration, representatives of Study Program leaders and administrative, academic and financial staff.
The comparative study participants were warmly welcomed by the Dean of the Udayana Medical Faculty,
Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes. He was accompanied by WD 1 for Academic and Planning Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K), WD 2 for General Affairs and Finance Dr. dr. I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes., WD 3 for Student Affairs and Information Prof. dr. I Made Ady Wirawan, MPH., PhD, Coordinator of Undergraduate Medical and Physician Profession Study Program (PSSKPD) dr. I Wayan Sumardika, S.Ked., M.Med.Ed., Ph.D.
In addition, other members of the Udayana Medical Faculty Academic Community were also present, namely the Coordinator of the Information Management and Cooperation Unit (UPIKS), the Coordinator of Administration and the Sub-Coordinators.
The event began with remarks from each Dean and continued with an exchange of information and knowledge on various topics, including best practices in implementing MBKM (Community-Based Community Empowerment), financial and human resource management strategies, and student activity management. The discussion was highly interactive from beginning to end.
“"It seems like there are still many things that need to be discussed further, so it would be better if we could make a return visit to the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Malang," said Dr. Komang Januartha.
