UIN Malang strengthens cooperation with Kesdam VB Brawijaya Malang. The signing of this memorandum of understanding took place in the Rector's Room of the Dr. Ir. Soekarno Building, State Islamic University of Malang, Wednesday (16/1). The important moment was attended directly by the Head of Kesdam V Brawijaya Malang Colonel Ckm. dr. Moh Arif Harianto Sp. B. together with the Rector of UIN Malang Prof. Dr. Abd. Haris M. Ag.

The signing of this MoU is a follow-up to the collaboration that began in 2015. It aims to legally protect both institutions, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and Kesdam VBrawijaya Malang. Furthermore, the agenda also aims to improve healthcare services and establish an agreement with RST Soepraoen as the main teaching hospital of FKIK UIN Malang.

“"This relationship is not just an ordinary relationship, but will also improve the quality of the Military Command in the future," said Ari Harianto, Head of the V Brawijaya Military Command. In line with this, Prof. Haris said that this collaboration is the beginning of a familial relationship between the two parties. "This collaboration is good for the future, namely to build a familial relationship," added the head of UIN Malang.

Finally, the rector hopes that one day the children of the audience will continue their studies at the FKIK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. According to him, with this agreement, the prospects for this faculty will be brighter.
