The purpose of holding this Pre-LKMM activity is to prepare dedicated and responsible cadres, possessing leadership and managerial skills, and communication channels to enhance the sense of brotherhood of PSPD UIN Malang students, increase team solidarity in their roles as students, and increase insight into environmental conditions that influence the existence of the organizations they lead. This pre-LKMM activity has contributed to introducing the organizations at PSPD UIN Malang, so that it is able to welcome and prepare graduates of young intellectuals who are mature in their leadership spirit in managing organizations and student organizations.
