The COVID-19 Task Force of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang (UIN Maliki Malang) and the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) held a socialization "\u201cT<\/em>The Journey to Normal<\/em> \u201d" in the Multipurpose Hall of the Ibnu Thufail Building, FKIK, Thursday morning (30\/7). Following The Journey to Normal<\/em> in the FKIK UIN Maliki Malang environment,<\/p>\n

  1. Faculty members and staff at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) must always adhere to health protocols and adapt to new habits. This includes washing hands before entering the building, wearing masks, and undergoing temperature checks, which will be conducted by staff. s<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. The importance of wearing a mask and maintaining distance to protect yourself and others from the dangers of the COVID-19 virus. No matter how virulent a virus is, if people are not disciplined and obedient, they will definitely be infected. It is also necessary to live a quality life and be disciplined in protecting yourself and your surroundings.<\/li>\n
  3. Maintain physical health by exercising regularly and eating healthy foods. Maintain mental health by remaining patient and grateful. Look after and protect one another. And don't forget to always pray to Allah SWT to protect us from this pandemic.<\/li>\n
  4. There are 3 types of COVID-19 treatment. (1) Mild, self-care (at home), (2) Severe, hospitalization in a health facility such as a hospital etc., (3) Critical, admission to a hospital Intensive Care Unit<\/em> (ICU) at home<\/li>\n
  5. A cure or vaccine for COVID-19 has not yet been discovered. Furthermore, the process of finding one is quite lengthy, as it requires multiple trials on subjects. The most important thing is to always take care of yourself by washing your hands frequently, wearing a mask, and maintaining physical distance.<\/li>\n
  6. Employees and CS (Cleaning Service<\/em>) must diligently open windows and doors so that air circulation is good.<\/li>\n
  7. Be diligent in washing your hands in 7 steps when entering the building, always wear a mask\/face covering (face shield<\/em>), avoid shaking hands, keep a distance of at least 1 meter or 1.5 meters, and use your elbow to open the door.<\/li>\n
  8. The new employee policy for commuting to and from work is that if you are feeling unwell (fever, cough, flu), you should stay home. Always wear a mask and bring a handkerchief. starter pack<\/em> adapting to new habits, as well as using private transportation when going to the office.<\/li>\n
  9. The lecturers and staff of FKIK are required to sunbathe for approximately 30 minutes starting at 00 \u2013 08.30 WIB.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
