In an effort to encourage the development of student capacity to be better prepared to face the world of work, the PSDM Division of DEMA FKIK UIN Malang successfully held INSIGHT TALK Episode 01<\/strong> with the theme \u201cFrom Student to Professional: Soft Skills That Determine the Transition\u201d<\/em>. This activity serves as an inspiring platform for students to begin preparing themselves not only academically but also in terms of personal skills, which are often the determining factor for success in the professional world.<\/p>\n

INSIGHT TALK is presented as a light-hearted yet deeply meaningful interactive podcast. This concept encourages students to understand that soft skills such as effective communication, time management, adaptability, and character development are key to navigating the increasingly competitive world of work. The discussions are not only theoretical but also practical and relevant to the real-world situations students will face after graduation.<\/p>\n

This activity featured an inspiring speaker, apt. Hj. Alifia Putri Febriyanti, S.Farm., M.Farm.Klin, who shared her experiences and valuable insights into the professional world in the healthcare sector. With a communicative and relatable delivery style, the material presented was able to open new perspectives for students regarding challenges and opportunities in the world of work. The presence of the DEMA FKIK UIN Malang committee and the active participation of students as audiences contributed to the lively and interactive discussion atmosphere.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"<\/center>The event took place on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at the Ar-Rahim Library Building, 1st Floor, Faculty of Medicine, UIN Malang. The choice of the right location and time contributed to a comfortable and conducive atmosphere, allowing participants to participate with focus and enthusiasm. This was evident in the high level of participation and positive responses throughout the session.<\/p>\n

The primary goal of this activity is to raise students' awareness of the importance of developing soft skills as a key asset for entering the workforce. Students are expected to understand that mental preparedness, communication skills, and a professional attitude are just as important as academic achievement.<\/p>\n

The event was conducted with great enthusiasm and vigor. The interactive podcast format created a relaxed yet meaningful atmosphere, allowing participants to feel more connected to the material presented. The lively and relevant discussions demonstrated that the topics addressed were highly relevant to the needs of today's students.<\/p>\n

Through this INSIGHT TALK Episode 01 activity, it is hoped that students will be further motivated to develop their potential optimally and be better prepared to face the professional world.
