ROCK<\/strong> \u2013 The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) officially initiated a major step in digital transformation through the Digital Services Coordination Meeting held on Monday, April 20, 2026. Held in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the Ar-Rahim Building, this meeting aimed to improve the quality of services for students while facilitating the work efficiency of faculty staff.<\/p>\n

Vice Dean 2, Dr. Alvi Milliana, M.Biomed, in her directive emphasized the importance of shifting from conventional systems to integrated web-based portal services. The primary focus of this development is creating a mobile-friendly platform to meet the needs of Generation Z, who increasingly access information through mobile devices.<\/p>\n

\u201c"We must ensure data transparency and security to prevent leaks," Dr. Alvi emphasized. He also added that this step is part of the faculty's efforts to achieve an Integrity Zone through an integrated digital archiving system.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne Stop Service\u201d Service Innovation\u201d
\nThe meeting agreed to develop a One Stop Service system, allowing all services to be accessed through a single portal. Several new innovation plans to be implemented soon include:
\n\u2013 E-office: Real-time incoming and outgoing mail tracking system
\n\u2013 Laboratory Digitalization: Submitting research permits through a digital system
\n\u2013 Research Management and PKM: An integrated system for lecturers and students
\n\u2013 Satisfaction Survey: Automatic collection of user feedback for service evaluation<\/p>\n

Formation of a Special Team (Task Force)
\nAs a serious commitment, the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) has formed a Service Digitalization Task Force led by Saiful Hikmah, S.Ag., M.Ag. The team's structure is comprehensive, involving various experts in various fields, from planning and system development to data security, to monitoring and evaluation.<\/p>\n

In addition to technical development, the meeting also highlighted the importance of updating content on the faculty website, aiming for "one story a day." This requires closer coordination between study programs and the Public Relations team to ensure timely and accurate coverage of every important event.<\/p>\n
