The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) held\u00a0Workshop on Developing the 2026 FKIK Human Resources (HR) Blueprint<\/strong>\u00a0This workshop was held as a strategic effort to prepare sustainable and adaptive human resource development plans to meet the institution's future needs. Nearly all members of the FKIK academic community attended the event, as the workshop invitation was addressed to all units and elements within the faculty.<\/p>\n

The participants who attended included:\u00a0the Vice Deans<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Head and Secretary of Study Program<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Head of General Administration<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Human Resource Development Unit<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Head and Secretary of Study Program Unit<\/strong>, as well as<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>educational staff<\/strong>. The presence of these cross-element collaborations demonstrates a shared commitment to developing comprehensive policy directions and strategies for FKIK human resource management.<\/p>\n

The workshop activities were officially opened by\u00a0Dr. Alvi Milliana, M.Biomed<\/strong>,<\/strong> as\u00a0Deputy Dean for General Administration, Planning, and Finance (AUPK)<\/strong>.<\/strong> In his remarks, Dr. Alvi said that this workshop was the first step in preparing\u00a0projection of FKIK human resource needs and development for the next five years<\/strong>.<\/strong> He emphasized that human resource planning is a crucial aspect in line with the dynamics of institutional development and the challenges of higher education in the health sector.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Dr. Alvi also revealed that FKIK has an academic development plan through\u00a0opening of several new study programs<\/strong>, among others\u00a0Obstetrics and Gynecology (Obgin) Study Program<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Clinical Pathology<\/strong>, <\/strong>as well as\u00a0Radiology<\/strong>.<\/strong> Therefore, strengthening and developing human resources is considered very necessary so that the development plan can run optimally and sustainably.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile,\u00a0Dr. Alvi<\/strong>\u00a0in his speech he said\u00a0high appreciation<\/strong>\u00a0to the HR Development Unit for its initiative and hard work so that\u00a0First Human Resource Development Workshop<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>This activity was successfully implemented. According to him, the successful implementation of this activity demonstrates the relevant units' concern and commitment to building a foundation of superior and competitive human resources.<\/p>\n

He emphasized that human resource development is a crucial aspect in supporting the improvement of the academic and institutional quality of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences as a whole. Therefore, Dr. Alvi hopes that the results of this workshop can be formulated concretely in the form of applicable recommendations and blueprints, and can serve as a reference for future faculty human resource development policies.<\/p>\n

At the end of his remarks, Dr. Alvi expressed his full support for the sustainability of the Human Resources Development Unit's programs and encouraged the continued spirit of collaboration and innovation for the advancement of FKIK.<\/p>\n

\u201c"This workshop is expected to not only be a discussion forum, but also a space to express ideas.\u00a0concrete steps<\/strong>\u00a0"In improving the quality of FKIK's human resource management, we hope the results of this workshop can be implemented effectively and have a positive impact on faculty development," said Dr. Alvi in his remarks.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Head of the Human Resources Development Unit,\u00a0Apt. Novia Maulina, M.Farm.<\/strong>, said that this workshop was\u00a0first activity<\/strong>\u00a0Implemented by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences' Human Resource Development Unit. He emphasized that this workshop was a strategic first step in strengthening human resource management and development planning within the faculty. He further expressed his strong hope that workshops like this would continue.\u00a0does not stop at this implementation only<\/strong>, but can become a routine agenda that is held\u00a0every year<\/strong>. Thus, the human resource development process at FKIK can run sustainably, directed, and in line with the faculty's vision and the demands of developments in higher education and the professionalism of teaching and administrative staff.<\/p>\n

After the opening session, the activity continued with\u00a0group discussions based on fields<\/strong>\u00a0that has been determined. The discussion is divided into three main areas, namely\u00a0Medical Field<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Pharmaceutical Field<\/strong>, And\u00a0<\/strong>Educational Personnel Sector<\/strong>.<\/strong> In the Medical Field, the discussion involved\u00a0Undergraduate Medical Study Program<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Master of Biomedical Studies Program<\/strong>, as well as\u00a0Professional Medical Education Study Program<\/strong>. <\/strong>Meanwhile, in the Pharmaceutical Sector, the discussion covered\u00a0Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Master of Pharmacy Study Program<\/strong>, as well as\u00a0Pharmacist Professional Study Program<\/strong>. <\/strong>The discussion in the Education Personnel Sector focused on mapping the needs and developing the competencies of academic and non-academic support staff.<\/p>\n

Each field group conducted in-depth discussions on the current state of human resources, the challenges faced, and projected future human resource development needs and strategies. The results of the discussions from each field were then presented in a plenary session as a form of accountability and alignment between fields.<\/p>\n

The workshop concluded with a closing session after all presentations were delivered. Through this workshop, FKIK hopes to formulate\u00a0HR Blueprint 2026<\/strong>\u00a0which is directed, measurable, and capable of being a strategic guideline in developing human resources, in line with the faculty's vision and mission in improving the quality of education, research, and services in the health sector.<\/p>\n
