(22-24\/11\/2023) Located at the Ibnu Thufail Building, Campus 3, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, the Follow-up Reporting of Findings and Audit of FKIK UIN Malang Performance Achievements throughout 2023 took place. These two agendas are two of a series of activities for implementing the quality assurance cycle at FKIK which is driven by the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) FKIK UIN Malang.
\nWednesday (11\/22\/2023) The Agenda for Reporting Follow-up Findings based on the 2022 Management Review Meeting (RTM) took place. In the agenda, the progress that had been made based on the findings during the 2022 RTM was discussed. The progress reported was the improvements made by both the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS), which in this case was represented by the FKIK dean, and the Study Program (PS), which was represented by the heads of study programs and secretaries. In addition to the UPM, representatives of units under the FKIK UIN Malang were also present. The output of this activity was a Follow-up Report approved by the Dean of FKIK UIN Malang.<\/p>\n

\nFriday (24\/11\/2023), the second agenda which is no less important was carried out, namely the Performance Achievement Audit based on the Strategic Plan for 2023. The audit implementation was divided into 4 commissions, each representing: (1) Management review of the fields of quality assurance, governance, research, and community service; (2) Management review of student affairs and cooperation; (3) Management review of HR, finance, facilities and infrastructure; (4) Management review of the education sector. Each commission was facilitated by each facilitator from UPM FKIK UIN Malang.<\/p>\n

\nAccording to the Chairperson of the 2023 Quality Assurance Cycle Implementation of the FKIK UIN Malang, apt. Hj. Alifia Putri Febriyanti, S.Farm., M.Farm.Klin, the quality assurance cycle is an absolute must in ensuring and improving the quality of the tridharma at the FKIK UIN Malang. This was also agreed by the Dean of the FKIK, Prof. Dr.dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PW., M.Kes., Sp.Rad(K) in her remarks.
