Tracer study<\/em><\/strong><\/a> is a graduate\/alumni tracking study conducted on alumni two years after graduation. The tracer study is the first step to strengthen communication ties in realizing alumni concern and responsibility with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Tracer study<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>It also represents a university's effort to gather alumni feedback. The feedback obtained from alumni is essential for universities to improve and develop the quality and system of education. Furthermore, this feedback can be useful for mapping the business and industrial world to narrow the gap between the competencies acquired by alumni during college and the demands of the workplace.<\/p>

Objective\u00a0Tracer Study\u00a0<\/em><\/h4>

Tracer study<\/a> <\/em><\/strong>aims to measure the extent of success of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in producing outcome<\/em> quality education. In addition, tracer study <\/em><\/strong><\/a>It is also useful for assessing the contribution of higher education institutions to the demands of providing competent graduates in the world of work.<\/p>

Benefit tracer study<\/em><\/strong> not limited to universities alone, but can further provide important information regarding the relationship between the world of higher education and the world of business and industry. Tracer study<\/em><\/strong><\/a> can provide in-depth and detailed information regarding job compatibility both horizontally (between various fields of science) and vertically (between various levels\/strata of education). Thus, Tracer study<\/em><\/strong> <\/a>can help address the problem of job gaps and improve them. For universities, information on competencies relevant to business and industry can assist in curriculum and learning system improvements. On the other hand, business and industry can gain insight into universities through Tracer study<\/em><\/strong>, and thus can prepare themselves by providing more relevant training for new job-seeking graduates.<\/p>
